Center for Expressive Arts, Therapy and Education!
C.R.E.A.T.E! is growing again! If you are a licensed clincian looking for a Castle to call home, contact us about the possibilities of joining the great clinicians at C.R.E.A.TE!
Traditional Mental Health Counseling consists of a give and take between client and therapist who work towards the goals the client establishes. In the safe place of the counseling session, a therapeutic relationship exists which can help people struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma,, life transitions and more.
Creative Arts Therapy engages clients in the healing process through the therapeutic use of the arts. Expressive therapists integrate the modalities of dance, movement, drama, literature, music, poetry and the visual arts with the practice of psychotherapy. Creative Arts Therapy is a great therapy option for all ages to foster self-discovery, resolve inner conflicts, aid in trauma recovery, assist in grief work, increase spontaneity and improve life satisfaction.
